02 Strategy
Who the brand is for, what it promises, how it sounds and what success looks like. For a product, it also covers what goes into the first version and what waits. We agree all of it with you before anything is designed, and every decision after this gets checked against it.
03 Design
The brand comes first: a name if it needs one, the identity, colour, type and guidelines. Then the product: user flows, screens and a clickable prototype that we put in front of real users before anything is built.
04 Activate
A custom website, app or online store, built for the business goal behind it: more enquiries, more sign-ups, more orders. After launch, we track the numbers that matter and keep making it better.
